Personal transformation is a complex and multi-faced endeavour. In our programmes we explore ways and means to evolve towards our full potential through integral theory and practices – the ground breaking approaches to personal transformation. ISP is interdisciplinary in character. Working synergistically on body, mind, emotions and spirit; the participants will have opportunity for comprehensive personal change. ISP aims to draw from the best ideas and practices throughout history – East and West, pre-modern, modern and beyond. We offer presentations that give in-depth insights and practices to help to cultivate greater freedom, wholeness and understanding. Ongoing support is given to further inner work after the course.
